- Salmon w/ Lemon and Rosemary Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 ° F | 205 ° C for 5 minutes, spray the air frying pan with oil.
- In a medium-sized bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on the salmon
- In a single layer, add the salmon to the pre-heated air frying pan. Air fry your salmon for 10 minutes at 400 ° F | 205 ° C, flipping the salmon over when the timer is at 5 minutes. Times may need adjustment depending on the size of the filet.
- Use a meat thermometer to make sure your fish is cooked to at least 145 ° F | 63 ° C

- Salmon w/ Honey Ginger Instructions
- Squeeze lemon juice all over your salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove salmon steaks from the refrigerator and pat dry.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 ° F | 205 ° C for 5 minutes, spray the air frying pan with oil.
- In a saucepan mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic over medium heat. Stir until bubbly and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Brush the salmon steaks with the honey ginger sauce. Add salmon to the pre-heated air frying pan in a single layer.
- Spritz the top of the salmon with sesame oil. Sesame oil has a really great taste, but any oil will do in a pinch.
