- In a large bowl, mix together brownies mix, oil, water, and eggs.
- Pour half of the batter in a greased 8x8 pan. Save the other half of the batter for the second batch.
- Bake at 325 ° F | 162 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Let cool on wire racks. Pro Tip: use a toothpick to check to see if your brownies are fully cooked. Every few minutes past the original time of 20 minutes.
- Let brownies rest for 5-10 minutes.
