Method
- In a large bowl, mash one can of drained black beans with a fork. Add undrained can, mixing together until well combined.
- Add bread crumbs, tomatoes, onion, cumin, and salt and pepper, stirring until well combined.
- Shape bean mixture into patties and place in an oiled air fryer basket. This should be enough for 4 patties.
- Cook at 370 ° F | 165 ° C for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
