4 cups butternut squash peeled and cubed in small squares
2 tbsp olive oil
Sweet OR Savory (but not both, unless you want to make two batches like we did)Sweet
2 tbsp brown sugar (sweet)
1 tsp cinnamon (sweet)
Savory
1 tsp thyme (savory)
1 tsp sage (savory)
1/4 tsp salt or more to taste (savory)
1/4 tsp pepper or more to taste (savory)
Method
In a mixing bowl, mix the butternut squash, seasonings and oil.
Place squash in the air fryer basket, setting the temperature to 400 ° F | 205 ° C.
Cook for 15 minutes shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
