Method
- In a small bowl, beat two eggs. Set aside.
- On a large plate, mix together almond flour and seasonings.
- Spray the basket of your air fryer with your favorite air fryer oil (like avocado).
- Dip a pickle chip in the egg wash, immediate coat with flour mixture then place in the air fryer basket. Repeat until your basket is full.
- Mist the tops of the dipped pickle chips with oil.
- Cook at 400° F / 204° C for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
- Plate and enjoy!
Notes
If you aren't counting carbs, you can replace the almond flour with panko bread crumbs
