Nothing quite beats the taste of fried chicken thigh – I prefer the thigh myself over breast because I simply prefer the taste of dark meat. But thighs are higher in fat so if you prefer, you can use breasts instead. This recipe is very easy to make. We prepare a simple rub that incorporates cumin and rosemary for an easy meal in under 30 minutes.
Whether you prefer white meat or dark meat, I have to admit, this is a delicious chicken recipe that’s a go-to around our home. For other chicken meal options, try one of these fabulous air-frying recipes:

- Prepare the rub by mixing the sea salt, cumin, pepper, and rosemary together.
- Brush or spray the chicken with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Put the rub in a plastic bag, and one by one, place the chicken thigh in the bag and shake the bag coating the chicken thoroughly.
- Once all the chicken has been coated, air fry (in a single layer) for 20 minutes @ 390° F | 199° C turning each piece at 10 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches to keep with the single layer for even cooking.
