Luckily, air frying provides that crispy-on-the-outside texture of a deep fryer without absorbing all that unhealthy oil. Free of crusts and batter, low in carbohydrates, and high in fat, this recipe is perfect for keto dieters who want to add great-tasting wings back into their diets.

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic

Method

Keto Garlic Parmesan Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380° F | 180° C for 5 minutes. Spritz air-frying pan with oil.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, when the butter is melted, add in parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix thoroughly, but do not overheat.
  3. Remove the pre-heated air frying pan from the air fryer, and add a liner to the pan. Brush each wing with the garlic parmesan butter, and place them on the liner.
  4. Air fry the wings for 20 minutes at 380° F | 180° C shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Brush on additional garlic parmesan butter, and air fry for 5 minutes at 400° F | 204° C. The temp change will add additional crispiness without burning.
  5. Using a meat thermometer, find the largest wing, and check the temperature. Make sure that the chicken is heated to at least 160° F | 71° C. Add additional time as necessary to achieve 160° F | 71° C.
  6. Plate and enjoy!
