Homemade Cajun Chicken Tenders

Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400° F | 204° C for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, beat two eggs and set aside.
- On a medium-bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning together.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg wash and immediately coat with flour mixture.
- Place coated chicken in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket. Spritz the top of the chicken with oil.
- Cook at 400° F | 204° C for 20 minutes, turning once.
- Use a food thermometer to make sure that your chicken tenders are at an internal temperature of at least 165°F | 74°C.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Add a liner, and place the chicken on the liner in a single layer.
