Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bone-in pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil (or other high smoke point oil)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F | 180°C
  2. Baste both sides of the pork chops with extra light olive oil
  3. Sprinkle or rub with salt, pepper, and seasoning
  4. Cook at 380°F | 180°C for 15 minutes
  5. Flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, depending upon the size and thickness of the chops
  6. Cook pork chops to a minimum of 145 degrees, and I often take mine to 155. Use a meat thermometer as air fryer cooking times can vary based on the model.
  7. Plate and enjoy!
