- Preheat air fryer to 380°F | 180°C
- Baste both sides of the pork chops with extra light olive oil
- Sprinkle or rub with salt, pepper, and seasoning
- Cook at 380°F | 180°C for 15 minutes
- Flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, depending upon the size and thickness of the chops
- Cook pork chops to a minimum of 145 degrees, and I often take mine to 155. Use a meat thermometer as air fryer cooking times can vary based on the model.
